Get professional pictures and send virtual tours to sites such as Realtor.com, Zillow, Google Maps, Yahoo Real Estate and Trulia. Use video’s on You Tube (Google loves that). Use as much graphic design as possible to make your home very visual to get buyers to set up that appointment.
