Edwards eyes apartments at Dublin Village Center

Redevelopment of the Dublin Village Center will have more than a revived AMC Entertainment Inc. movie theater.Stavroff Interests Ltd. President Matt Stavroff said Columbus-based Edwards Communities wants to build 300 upscale apartments near the 18-screen movie theater as part of the redevelopment of the 49-acre center and 16 acres adjacent to it.There are many details that need to get worked out, Stavroff told me.
