Kaplan Real Estate taps Scott Bernstein as managing director

St. Louis-based Kaplan Real Estate has named Scott Bernstein to fill a new position as managing director and executive vice president.Bernstein, who started Jan. 21., will oversee all of the companys brokerage operations, business development and client retention services. He previously served as the director of real estate for Denver-based sandwich shop Quiznos.During his 14 years in real estate, Bernstein has completed more than 1,000 transaction in 46 states.
