Mammogram Alternative

If we werent confused before; the latest press release from the Harvard School of Public Health and a study in the Annals of Internal Medicine on April 12, 2012 says Mammography might not be appropriate for use in breast cancer screening because it cannot distinguish between progressive and non-progressive cancer. Combined with the news we got in 2009 that exposure to radiation from mammograms should be decreased, now is the time for an alternative.
