Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake plans to unveil next week legislation calling for a property tax credit aimed at helping build new apartments in Downtown Baltimore and six other city neighborhoods.
The bill, which the mayor is scheduled to have introduced at Mondayâ™s City Council meeting, would provide a 15-year tax credit on apartments containing 50 or more units.
