UNM, great restaurants, downtown and Albuquerque famous route 66

UNM, great restaurants, downtown and Albuquerque famous route 66Every Sunday afternoon after church you will typically find me, my 16 year old son and wife at Frontier Restaurant, one of Albuquerque downtown’s famous hangouts. It’s not the great décor, neon lights or history that draws us from the west side of ABQ to the UNM area – it’s the great downtown vibe. UNM is an extension of that downtown feeling. The great thing about the University of New Mexico is that you can pretty much leave your car at home with your parents. Just bring your bike like 1,000’s of UNM students do. You are within walking distance of great coffee places like our local Flying Star or dozens of great eateries from pizza to fine dining. Night life is close by from pubs with great blues bands to trendy bars.If you are thinking about buying some real estate in the UNM area, this may be the perfect time. Interest rates are low, home prices are still rather flat and rents are up. The only consideration is that more buyers are in the market than before, so good deals don’t last more than a few days in this part of Albuquerque. So now that you know a little bit more about some of my Albuquerque real estate listing secrets let me show what I can do for your next real estate home sale or purchase! Albuquerque real estate is a passion! Just let me know how I can help.Contact: 505-980-7788   EMAIL JIMhttp://www.virtualtourclub.com    http://www.searchforalbuquerquerealestate.com   http://www.realestatevideotalk.com/about http://www.marketinghomesonline.comJim Gross – 360 Ventures Real Estate, Albuquerque NMSEARCH LIVE – LOCAL ALBUQUERQUE REAL ESTATE AT ANY OF THESE PROPERTY LINKS: Albuquerque | Albuquerque Acres | Belen | Bernalillo | Bosque Farms | Corrales | Downtown | East Mountains | Eastside | Fairgrounds | Foothills | Four Hills | Glenwood Hills | High Desert | Kirtland AFB | Ladera | Los Lunas | Los Ranchos | Mesa Del Sol | Nob Hill | North Valley | Northeast Heights | Old Town | Oxbow | Pajarito | Paradise Hills | Peralta | Placitas | Primrose Point | Rio Rancho | Sandia Heights | Sandia Labs Area | Sandia Park | South valley | Tanoan | Taylor Ranch | UNM | Uptown | Ventana Ranch
