Job of the week, March 24: Harley dealer seeks service manager

In an editorial partnership with powersports recruiting firm Lonski and Associates, Dealernews presents the Job of the Week for March 24-28.INDIALANTIC, Fla. - Recruiters at Lonski and Associates seek an experienced service manager for a Harley-Davidson dealership in Wisconsin.The service manager oversees the service department, providing high-quality service while keeping the department clean, efficient and orderly, maximizing productivity levels and monitoring all billing, warranty and repair orders.The service manager also handles customer complaints, builds relationships with new customers and maintains them with repeat customers. Goals include growing the volume of service work, developing promotional campaigns and reviewing reports and developing goals with the dealer principal.The ideal candidate has a valid motorcycle license and at least three years experience in the service department of a motorcycle dealership, and preferably knowledge and experience with Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Experience with Talon ES & Service is preferred.Salary range is $35,000-$50,000 base annually, with commission. Relocation assistance is available for a qualified candidate.
