Drag Specialties adds more aftermarket options for Harley models

JANESVILLE, Wis. – Drag Specialties has added an array of new aftermarket parts for Harley-Davidson models to its lineup, including saddlebags, relocation kits, a kickstand extension and a skull gas cap.The Extended OEM-Style Saddlebags are manufactured using the same material as OEM bags. Intended to be stronger, easier to paint and better at retaining their shape than competing products, the bags have a retail price of $429.95 each. The four-inch extension across the bottom of the bags gives added space and is easily bolted onto a motorcycle. These bags also accept any OEM or aftermarket lids or hardware, and are designed for use with a dual exhaust, eliminating the need for alterations. The saddlebags are available for 2014-15 FLHT, FLHR, FLHX and FLTRX models.   The Forward Control Relocation Kit ($109.95) relocates the forward controls approximately one inch rearward for shorter riders. The steel components come in a gloss black finish to match the frame of most 1991-2015 FXD models with forward controls. The included mounting hardware integrates with the stock rear master cylinder.Another relocation option from Drag Specialties is the Speedometer Relocation Bracket ($89.95) for 2004-13 XL models. These brackets allow the OEM speedometer and indicator lights to be mounted to the left side of the motor. The included mount bracket, indicator light mount and backing plate mount use the existing hardware and come in either chrome or black.Easy Find Kickstand Extensions ($25.95) are available in chrome or black. With some drilling required, these extensions install with included mounting hardware on 2007-15 FXD and FXDWG models as well as 2007-15 FLHT, FLHR, FLHX and FLTR models.The Screw-In Locking Skull Gas Cap ($38.95) from Drag Specialties features a sliding chrome skull cover to help keep dirt and debris from building up in the lock. Available in chrome or gloss black, the cap will fit 1984 - early 1996 Big Twin/XL, ‘82-83 FXR and ‘83-84 FX/FLH models.
