Home buyers are often lured into the housing market before they should jump in. They jump on one of the hundreds of search engines out there and before long they are touring houses without really knowing what the bank will loan them. They may even make an offer with an agent and have it accepted. A week later once the home is off the market because the home buyer’s purchase agreement was accepted the news comes out – the bank won’t loan the money and the deal collapses. Hopefully this happens before thousands are spent on inspections, repairs, modifications and appraisals.
