Searching for Albuquerque homes with Real Estate Search Engines

My buyer yesterday that I was showing land to throughout North Albuquerque Acres, High Desert and Corrales was keeping me on my toes from his extensive research on Trulia. Like a lot of the buyers I encounter  looking for the perfect Albuquerque home, he was savvy, educated and prepared with his property hit-list. Real estate search engines like Trulia, Zillow, and Realtor.com  pull their info. directly from the MLS as well as other sources. The information is not as up-to-date as the MLS. We looked at several properties that had incorrect stats… but it did get us in the ballpark and left the customer feeling in control of his search.
