Does your Albuquerque home search include downtown route 66?

I have a lot of buyers that love to be within walking distance of the nightlife, great shopping and restaurants on Central Ave. Nob hill is one such area that offers some of the best dining and night life around. Check out Scalo’s Northern Italian cuisine, a micro brewery, or a great  blues band in a classic text-book neon route 66 environment.  Or just walk a few blocks down for all the excitement surrounding UNM on Central. Go a little deeper into downtown on Central to experience some great dance clubs and all Hotel night life at the Hyatt Regency, or Hotel Andaluz. Albuquerque’s downtown district is not only the main business district, at night it is a non-stop party destination.

So now that you know a little bit more about Albuquerque let me show what I can do for your next real estate home sale or purchase!  Albuquerque real estate is a passion! Just let me know how I can help.
