Bring Your Empty Listing To Life With Virtual Staging

Virtual Staging has been getting attention in the media. Tech savvy agencies in areas like New York, Los Angeles and Chicago routinely include virtual staging in their work flow. I personally took a listing last week in Albuquerque where I am licensed that had no furniture in the front living room. I just used virtual staging in that one room to supplement the sellers staging throughout the rest of the house. To keep my virtual staging effective and a positive marketing element I follow 3 simple rules. 1.     Stage ONLY what clearly does not convey (pictures, plants, furniture)2.     Don’t touch other areas such as flooring, window coverings & landscaping 3.     Put a remark in the MLS that pictures are virtually staged 3 simple rules make all the difference and turn what could be complaints about misleading buyers into compliments and appreciation for showing what the home could look like once furnished. STAGING PADS Contact: Jim Gross 505-980-7788   EMAIL JIMhttp://www.virtualtourclub.com    http://www.searchforalbuquerquerealestate.com   http://www.realestatevideotalk.com/about http://www.marketinghomesonline.com
