Virtual Staging has been getting attention in the media. Tech savvy agencies in areas like New York, Los Angeles and Chicago routinely include virtual staging in their work flow. I personally took a listing last week in Albuquerque where I am licensed that had no furniture in the front living room. I just used virtual staging in that one room to supplement the sellers staging throughout the rest of the house.
