Look past bad MLS pictures to find a value!

I have seen this in the Albuquerque Southwest MLS more than once - a great value, nice home, terrific location. But it doesn\'t get a second glance. Why? The photos are dark, crooked and don\'t really show the home. Fact is that in Albuquerque and around New Mexico about 90% of real estate agents still take their own listing pictures. Often times they don\'t even use a camera, just their cell phone. This obviously does nothing positive for their sellers, but why should you lose out as a buyer? You have to slow down and look very carefully at the image to see what is behind the darkness. Don\'t be afraid to ask for additional pictures before you commit to a showing. Here is a local site that is dedicated to helping the process of real estate photos in Albuquerque. http://www.realestatevideotalk.com/ It may also help buyers know what to look for in a hidden gem!

Call me with any questions you have. I would love to help!
