Is there such thing as a true win-win anymore in business? Well in the Albuquerque real estate market I have found two such companies that strive for two goals:
1. Helping families that need to find a place to live but may not have the funds to buy or rent traditionally.
2. Helping the property owners that have problems selling their homes due to many issues that surround having a vacant home.
The families are referred to as \"caretakers.\" They furnish the home and keep up on taking care of the home and landscaping in exchange for often drastically reduced rent until the home has sold. When it sells they can move to another home within the program.
These two companies that operate in Albuquerque, NM are Tributary Home Tenders and Homes in Transition. If you know of anyone that may need a transitional situation but has nice furnishings and clean housekeeping habits, this could be just the thing to give them some breathing room to get back on their feet.
