Thinking about visiting or relocating to Albuquerque?

Albuquerque sits right at 5,000 feet above sea level. Unless of course you are at the top of the Sandia Crest where it’s 10,378 ft. Albuquerque is known for a dry desert heat, so pack lots of water during the summer months. High Desert or the Northeast Heights might be a bit cooler during the heat of the summer. Almost anywhere from Rio Rancho to Albuquerque’s east side boasts amazing views of the Sandias. The west side (west of the Rio Grande) however has very cool communities like Los Ranchos in the North Valley, Old Town, Corrales to the Northwest and Paradise Hills where you can find some great real estate deals right now.

At sunset, we call it a “Sandia Moment.” As a matter of fact, as a photographer and musician, I became so passionate about this 10 minute period every night that I named my last flamenco album “Sandia Moment.” If you are into flamenco guitar you will find it on iTunes.

So what does photography and music have to do with Albuquerque real estate? Easy… you won’t know it until you move here, but NM is one of the greatest “arts cities” in the country. At the end of a long day, for many of us it all comes down to the heat of our chili, the view out the front window and the great feeling surrounding our Spanish music.

So now that you know a little bit more about what Albuquerque locals are passionate about  let me show you another of my passions - Albuquerque real estate. Let me know how I can help.
