Enhanced Menu Debuts at Oasis Restaurant in Corrales

This Saturday night, in honor of the Balloon Fiesta, we have several new arrangements available. The most exciting of our new offerings is the Grilled Swordfish, finished with a lemon caper sauce and served alongside roasted asparagus spears in olive oil.
We are also offering a new pasta: Shrimp Alfredo. Mushrooms and prawns in a rich alfredo, served over linguine.
And if you like alfredo--try our new Mushroom and Ham Alfredo Pizza! A delicious sauce retains its palate-pleasing qualities when used to finish a 12\" oval thin crust pizza, and gains quite a lot in flavors from the combination of toppings.
You may have tried our Pan-Seared Salmon served on a bed of buttered rice pilaf--to this delicacy, we\'ve added our house hollandaise sauce and tender roasted asparagus spears in olive oil.
