November is a time to prepare for the 2013 housing market

A lot of people think that the Albuquerque real estate market just closes up between November and January. Actually, it is perhaps the best time to take advantage of off-season rates from vendors that can make the changes your house may need to get top dollar. Use these next two months wisely and save big… work up a marketing plan with a realtor that you can unfold on the internet the minute your house hits the market. There are also less homes on the market during this time and believe me homes that are staged, marketed and priced well will always sell quickly.
So now that you know a little bit more about Albuquerque let me show what I can do for your next real estate home sale or purchase!  Albuquerque real estate is a passion! Just let me know how I can help.
