Homebuyers stand in line to buy at tiny Streetman community

The popularity of its small 22-lot subdivision named Barstow Place caught locally based Streetman Homes off guard.

“I’ve never seen anything like it in Austin,” said Streetman Vice President Ryan Jackson. “I’ve been totally overwhelmed by the response.”

Located in the nearly built out northern area of Circle C Ranch in Southwest Austin, Barstow Place is located at the corner of Barstow Avenue and West Slaughter Lane near grocery stores and schools.
