Cities that experienced double digit growth during the 90’s and through the real estate boom also saw the greatest home value decline. If their major source of income was tourism such as Las Vegas or cities in Florida, the decline was even worse. While Albuquerque saw its share of the real estate crash, for many it has begun the rebound. Our city is resilient, diverse and generally safe from natural disasters that plague the east coast states. State taxes are low and there are opportunities for professional jobs. Our colleges are highly subsidized by the state lottery system. Best of all we get 310 days of sunshine per year. A relocation to Albuquerque will bring you and your family into the sunshine!
So now that you know a little bit more about Albuquerque let me show what I can do for your next real estate home sale or purchase! Albuquerque real estate is a passion! Just let me know how I can help.
