I just came across a new video based virtual tour site in Albuquerque. It reminded me of ALL the reasons I chose to go with a high definition photo platform 3 years ago. Honestly, I want to see good video footage… but this was not it. Dark rooms, spinning video showing everything you don’t want to see. Frankly, my dog could have taken better video… bow wow, it made me cringe. Folks if you have $1,000 hire a pro video crew and get it done right. If you have a few hundred like most agents in Albuquerque, stick with a photographer as they will give you nice MLS pics plus your virtual tour… if they are half decent.
