ABQ October home sales rose 19 percent

The greater Albuquerque metropolitan market saw 673 closed single-family home sales in October, a gain of nearly 19 percent.
That marked the 16th consecutive month of year-over-year increases in detached home sales, according to the latest monthly report by the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors. The market had 900 pending sales, a 14.65 percent increase from October 2011.
