Filet on the Beach at the Oasis in Corrales

We are introducing a delicious new entree this weekend! Filet on the Beach--an 8 ounce filet reclining on grilled ciabatta bread, under the canopy of a roasted portabella mushroom cap and steamed tender asparagus spears, surrounded creamy mashed potatoes.
