Should we buy in Corrales, Los Ranchos or Albuquerque Acres?

Corrales, Los Ranchos or Albuquerque Acres for 1 acre view lots to build on?
That was the discussion I had today with my out-of-town buyers that were looking for land. They narrowed down the search to these three NM areas because of the availability of land between ½ to 2 acres at a price between $85,000 and $150,000. Sure we saw a mouth dropping 1.4 acre view lot in North Albuquerque Acres for $500,000. But then they came back down to earth remembering their total budget including the house they are building of $450k. There are still some very nice pockets of view land in each of these 3 areas for about $100k for an acre. Why are they still available? Mainly because banks generally won’t make loans on land. But all three areas offer rural living with luxury amenities.

So now that you know a little bit more about Albuquerque let me show what I can do for your next real estate home sale or purchase!  Albuquerque real estate is a passion! Just let me know how I can help.
