North Albuquerque Acres is still a great place to build your dream home

In Northeast Albuquerque you will find North Albuquerque Acres, one of the last places in the northeast to build a home. The east part is mostly one acre lots on well and septic with a few custom home areas that are more traditional style neighborhood. Acre lots sell for over $300,000 on average. Along the north border is the Sandia Reservation. This generates a land locked area with less than 425 total lots left for homes. Homes are generally newer in this area with the older neighborhoods being 15 years old.
