Memphis’ 6 most-improved residential submarkets in 2012

With another year tucked away in the annals of history, it’s time to take a look at which of the residential submarkets in the Memphis metropolitan area performed best in 2012.

Data for the review comes from the Memphis Area Association of Realtors and is based on the year-over-year percent increase in total home sales.
