Need a job? How about residential real estate

Kelly Hager, chief executive of The Kelly Hager Group, is looking to hire 40 new residential real estate agents by the end of the month to help the firm keep up with increased home sales. It posted $35 million in 2012 revenue.

“We’re so slammed right now that none of my agents can even see straight,” she said. The Chesterfield-based company currently has about 35 agents, she added.
