Trammell Crow Residential plans luxury high-rise near American Airlines Center

Dallas-based Trammell Crow Residential plans to build a waterfall-inspired luxury apartment property at the end of the Katy Trail at 3333 Harry Hines Blvd. near the American Airlines Center.

The two-building property, which will be known as The Alexan, will sit on about five acres adjacent to the Coors Light waterfall billboard seen off Interstate 35E. The billboard, which is owned by Clear Channel, is not affiliated with the project.
