Relocations to Albuquerque are on the rise

We have all seen a large increase in the amount  of people relocating to Albuquerque, NM. Although the reasons are as vast as the number of people flocking here. Here are a few reasons I have been told by new Albuquerque transplants:
*Can’t beat the weather anywhere! 310 days of sunshine (that’s right and Denver only gets 300)
*NM has one of the only balanced budgets in the country… it wasn’t easy but with a great Governor, greatness happens every day!
*Affordable housing and great perks like the first time buyers program are specific to NM’s unique demographics, income levels and needs.
*Small business is everywhere. Sure we have Starbucks and Walmart, but there is truly an opportunity for new businesses to take root in Albuquerque.
*With all that desert dirt and sun you would think we are in the wild west, but actually the Sandia Mountains make for some of the most majestic sunsets in the country… every night.
So now that you know a little bit more about Albuquerque let me show what I can do for your next real estate home sale or purchase!  Albuquerque real estate is a passion! Just let me know how I can help.
