While Trulia blogged today about 5 key real estate photo mistakes agents make, like too few of pictures, armature lighting, missing photos and clutter issues, I did not hear anything about the biggest mistake at all… not using a professional photographer. Professional pictures sell homes. Many recent studies have proven that. So if you are listing a home you should choose an agent that uses professional for all the online marketing efforts.
