The Southwest MLS now accepts up to 99 pictures!!

Many agents can’t even pull together 25 images of a home. I hate to start out slamming but (as a real estate photographer) this topic is near and dear. I often times hear home buyers complain about the horrible pictures they see in the MLS. My advice, if the pictures look like that then the real thing won’t be far off… keep looking. Many great homes simply get overlooked because of inferior pictures. And now the MLS wants to accept 99 pictures… more of a bad thing is not better. Instead there should be a minimum accepted standard or some advanced post production picture editing capability within the MLS if pictures are becoming such a big deal. Just my two cents, but I do not see how 99 bad pictures are going to help folks decide if a house is right for them.
So now that you know a little bit more about Albuquerque let me show what I can do for your next real estate home sale or purchase!  Albuquerque real estate is a passion! Just let me know how I can help.
