California REIT betting big on Louisville apartment demand

California-based Steadfast Income REIT Inc. believes strongly in the Louisville market, and the company has put its money where its mouth is.

As Business First previously reported, since May 2011, the company has spent $44.5 million to buy four Louisville apartment complexes:
