Are UNM homes a great value for student housing again?

Not long ago, when faced with the cost of Albuquerque college housing, parents would buy a home for their student, rent it out for 4 years to multiple students and flip it for a profit when their child graduated from UNM. That was before the housing crash. Times may be right again with record low interest rates and home prices still near the bottom. Consider buying instead of renting as an option for student housing. As I have 2 UNM students, I know the ins and outs of UNM student housing. I may be able to help turn an expense into an asset...
